The safety and well-being of our employees, partners, performers, athletes and guests is our top priority. We will continue to follow recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities as the situation develops.   

ALERUS CENTER EVENT UPDATES

Please use this page as a resource for the latest Alerus Center event updates. If an upcoming event is not listed below we have no updates on its status and unless we get further instruction it will move forward as planned.

Glossary of Terms below:

Postponed/Suspended - Event has been, or will be, rescheduled to a future date. All tickets for the original date are valid and ticket holders do not need to do anything but hold onto their tickets for the rescheduled date.

Cancelled - Event has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. When an event cancels, credit card purchases are automatically refunded to the original ticket purchaser. Any cash purchases done through the Alerus Center Box Office would need to request their refund at the Alerus Center Box Office.

Alice Cooper - Postponed

Alice Cooper is regretfully postponing his Spring 2020 headline North American tour, which was slated to run from March 31 through April 22. The tour is being rescheduled for Fall 2020 and the itinerary will be announced as soon as possible. Fans are encouraged to hold onto their tickets at this time.

Information regarding previously purchased tickets and VIP packages will be available at alicecooper.com. It is recommended that those who have tickets should retain them, as they may be valid for the re-scheduled shows.

PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour - Postponed

In light of U.S. and global health authority guidelines regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour’s Grand Forks Chute Out event set to take place at Alerus Center on Saturday, April 18 in Grand Forks, N.D., has been postponed. The rescheduled 2020 date will be announced in the coming weeks. We encourage our fans to hold onto their tickets as they will be honored for the rescheduled event. Any refunds will be provided from the original point of purchase. Fans who purchased via PBR Direct will receive an email with refund instructions. We appreciate the support and understanding of our fans, competitors, partners and staff.

Trolls LIVE! - Rescheduled

VStar Entertainment Group announces today Trolls LIVE! originally scheduled for April 21 & 22 at Alerus Center in Grand Forks has been rescheduled to December 29 & 30. This announcement comes following cancellations and/or postponement of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.

Tickets for the performances on April 21 & 22 will be automatically transferred and honored for the respective December dates and times. If fans are unable to attend, they should request their refund at point of purchase. Additional inquires can be directed to Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000.

  • Tuesday, December 29 @ 6:00pm (originally Tuesday, April 21 @ 6:00pm)
  • Wednesday, December 30 @ 6:00pm (originally Wednesday, April 22 @ 6:00pm)

Hugo's Toughest Monster Truck Tour - Rescheduled

The Hugo’s Toughest Monster Truck Tour Championship Weekend event scheduled for April 25 at Alerus Center has been rescheduled to Saturday, September 12, due to directives from the medical community urging people to practice social distancing and avoid large groups to stop the spread of COVID-19, also known as the coronavirus. As these directives have been extended through the month of April, Alerus Center will remain closed to the public during this time.

Tickets for the April event will be honored at the September event. Pit Passes for the April event will also be honored at the September event.

“While we are disappointed to postpone the event, we are happy that we were able to find a new date to return to North Dakota this fall. The most important focus right now needs to be the health and safety of the communities we visit and our drivers and crew,” said Kelly Goldman, president of Thunderbird Entertainment who owns the Toughest Monster Truck Tour.

Bryce Vine - Rescheduled

Due to the current concerns regarding COVID-19, Bryce Vine sponsored by UND Student Government has been rescheduled to Friday, October 16. This event is open to the public and is presented by XL93.

All tickets for the original date will be honored for the new date. Fans unable to attend the new date can receive a refund until May 1. Refunds can be received at the point of purchase. For questions, please contact the Alerus Center Box Office at 701.792.1417.

Brantley Gilbert - Postponed

Your event is still happening, but at a future date yet to be announced. Hang on to your tickets - we’ll email you as soon as the new date is announced. You can also visit livenation.com/eventstatus to check in on the status of the event too. Thanks for being a fan!

COVID-19 ALERT: 

 

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our venue guests.  However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.

 

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend tonight’s event:  

  • Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
  • Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;
  • Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and
  • Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.

All patrons entering the venue are requested to wear a facial covering or mask and keep it on at all times while in the venue.
