ALERUS CENTER EVENT UPDATES

Please use this page as a resource for the latest Alerus Center event updates. If an upcoming event is not listed below we have no updates on its status and unless we get further instruction it will move forward as planned.

Glossary of Terms below:

Postponed - Event has been, or will be, rescheduled to a future date. All tickets for the original date are valid and ticket holders do not need to do anything but hold onto their tickets for the rescheduled date.

Cancelled - Event has been cancelled and will not be rescheduled. When an event cancels, credit card purchases are automatically refunded to the original ticket purchaser. Any cash purchases done through the Alerus Center Box Office would need to request their refund at the Alerus Center Box Office.

Luke Combs - Rescheduled

Date originally scheduled on October 2, 2020 has been updated to September 17, 2021.

Alice Cooper - Cancelled

The Alice Cooper tour originally scheduled for April 10, 2020 at Alerus Center has been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will be automatically processed by Ticketmaster.  If you purchased your tickets with cash, please visit our Box Office for your refund.

A new date is being worked on and the Alerus Center hopes to have information in the coming months.

PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour - Rescheduled to 2021

In compliance with Federal and North Dakota authority guidelines, including ND Smart Restart Protocols, regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), PBR’s Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour has announced the cancellation of the 2020 Grand Forks Chute Out, originally scheduled for April 18, 2020 at the Alerus Center.

 

Fans are encouraged to hold on to their tickets, as they will be honored at the 2021 Grand Forks Chute Out which is scheduled for April 17.

 

For refunds of purchased tickets, fans should contact their ticket purchasing outlets.

 

PBR and the Grand Forks Alerus Center appreciates the support and understanding from fans, competitors, partners and staff.

Trolls LIVE! - Rescheduled

VStar Entertainment Group announces today Trolls LIVE! originally scheduled for April 21 & 22 at Alerus Center in Grand Forks has been rescheduled to December 29 & 30. This announcement comes following cancellations and/or postponement of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.

Tickets for the performances on April 21 & 22 will be automatically transferred and honored for the respective December dates and times. If fans are unable to attend, they should request their refund at point of purchase. Additional inquires can be directed to Ticketmaster at 1-800-653-8000.

RESCHEDULED TROLLS LIVE! PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday, December 29 @ 6:00pm (originally Tuesday, April 21 @ 6:00pm)
  • Wednesday, December 30 @ 6:00pm (originally Wednesday, April 22 @ 6:00pm)

Hugo's Toughest Monster Truck Tour - Rescheduled

The Hugo’s Toughest Monster Truck Tour and Alerus Center have made the decision to reschedule the planned event at Alerus Center on September 12 (originally scheduled for April 25, 2020) to April 24, 2021.

Fans holding event tickets to either of the scheduled 2020 Toughest Monster Truck Tour performances at Alerus Center can use them for the 2021 event. Fans who would like a refund can contact the Alerus Center box office at (701) 792-1417.

Bryce Vine - Rescheduled

Due to the current concerns regarding COVID-19, Bryce Vine sponsored by UND Student Government has been rescheduled to Friday, October 16. This event is open to the public and is presented by XL93.

All tickets for the original date will be honored for the new date. Fans unable to attend the new date can receive a refund until May 1. Refunds can be received at the point of purchase. For questions, please contact the Alerus Center Box Office at 701.792.1417.

Home Free - Rescheduled

The Home Free concert originally scheduled Saturday October 24th 2020 has been rescheduled to Wednesday June 9th 2021. Please hold on to your tickets as they will be honored for the new date.

 

If you are unable to attend the new date, refunds are available at the point of purchase beginning on July 16, 2020 at 10 AM through August 14, 2020 at 10 PM. 

 

Refunds will no longer be available after 10 PM on August 14, 2020. Please contact the point of purchase if you have any questions or to request a refund on your purchase.  

Brantley Gilbert - Postponed

Your event is still happening, but at a future date yet to be announced. Hang on to your tickets - we’ll email you as soon as the new date is announced. You can also visit livenation.com/eventstatus to check in on the status of the event too. Thanks for being a fan!

Def Leppard and ZZ Top - Canceled

Unfortunately, Def Leppard with ZZ Top's October 12 , 2020 show at Alerus Center has been cancelled.

 

Fans who already purchased tickets with online will automatically receive a refund. Due to the unprecedented volume of event changes, you should expect your refund in 30 days.

Fans who purchased tickets in person, will need to return to the Alerus Center Box Office, Monday-Friday 10am-530pm for their refund.

As events start to take place in the conference center, attendees and planners should expect some changes to our standard operating procedure. If you have questions - contact us.

Alerus Center also requests that all payments be made with credit and debit cards instead of cash.

COVID-19 ALERT: 

We have taken enhanced health and safety measures to protect our venue guests.  However, there is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the CDC, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.  By entering the venue, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19, and Venue disclaims any and all liability related thereto.

 

In accordance with the guidance and recommendations set forth by the CDC and local health officials, we respectfully request that the following guests not attend tonight’s event:  

  • Guests who are feeling sick or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms (including fever, cough and shortness of breath);
  • Guests who have been diagnosed with, or believe to have contracted, COVID-19, unless you have had no fever for 72 hours (without use of medicine) and 10 days have passed since symptoms first appeared;
  • Guests who have been in contact with an individual diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days; and
  • Guests who have traveled internationally in the past 14 days.
