Suites for Soldiers

The Alerus Center, in partnership with MAK Construction, is proud to honor our active military members and veterans through the Suites for Soldiers program. Thanks to MAK Construction, one suite is reserved for service members and their families or friends to enjoy the game together.

  1. ELIGIBILITY: The Suites for Soldiers program, courtesy of MAK Construction and the Alerus Center (the “Program”), is open only to entrants who are active duty military members or veterans, 18 years of age or older, and legal residents of the United States of America as of the date of entry. The following persons are not eligible: employees of Global Spectrum, L.P. d/b/a OVG (“Sponsor”), MAK Construction, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and immediate family/household members of each. The Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

  2. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, complete the online entry form at www.AlerusCenter.com during the designated entry period. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON. Duplicate or incomplete entries are void. Entrants must provide all required information, including verification of military status. Selected participants must present a valid military ID to access the suite on game day.

  3. SELECTION: Entries must be received during the entry period to be eligible. Winners will be selected by random drawing or other selection method determined by Sponsor and notified via email and/or phone. Selected entrants must respond within forty-eight (48) hours or an alternate participant may be chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Odds of selection depend on the number of eligible entries received.

  4. DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE: Winners will receive use of the Suites for Soldiers suite for one (1)  Alerus Center event, including a set number of tickets for the winner and their guests (exact number at Sponsor’s discretion). Food, beverages may be included. Transportation and other expenses are not included unless otherwise specified. The experience is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and has no cash value. Dates are subject to change or cancellation.

  5. GENERAL TERMS: By entering, each participant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program at its discretion. Released Parties (Sponsor, MAK Construction, and their affiliates, agencies, officers, directors, and employees) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or cancellation/postponement of any event. Entrants release the Released Parties from any liability arising from participation in the Program or acceptance/use of the suite.

  6. PUBLICITY: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor and its designees may use their name, likeness, and submitted information for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

  7. TAXES: Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
