The Txt Alert system is a program offering guests the ability to text the company to report issues that may require immediate attention. The system offers guests attending an event the ability to text in to Alerus Center management to report issues such as non-emergency suspicious activity, non-emergency security issues, spills, restroom/cleanliness issues, and other situations that require immediate staff attention.  The system promotes public safety by using the public as the eyes and ears of Alerus Center and encourages guests to say something if they see something that seems suspicious, so that staff can investigate and address issues in real time. Additionally, the system allows the guest to inform staff of issues and have those issues addressed, without having to seek out a staff member.
