Purchasing Tickets

Tickets for all Alerus Center events may be purchased at the Alerus Center Ticket Office, any Ticketmaster retail location, Ticketmaster charge by phone at (800) 745-3000, or on-line at www.ticketmaster.com

Seating

Seating configurations vary from show to show. Ticketmaster.com will have a seating diagram for each individual show on their website, or you can visit the Alerus Center Ticket Office which also will have seating diagrams for you to review.

UND Football Season Tickets

UND Football Student Tickets

A limited number of free student tickets for UND Football games can be picked up starting two weeks in advance of the game at the Student Ticket Office at the Memorial Union. If any free student tickets remain on game day, they can be picked up at the Entrance #2 Ticket Office at Alerus Center starting 3 hours before the game.

Children’s Tickets

For most Arena events, any child that is younger than two years of age will be admitted for free if they sit on a lap. Anyone over the age of two will be required to have a ticket before entering the building. Family Shows (like Sesame Street Live) require all children ages 1 and up to have a ticket. Any questions about this can be fielded by the Alerus Center Ticket Office (701) 792-1420.

Disabled/Accessible Seating

All public areas of the building are accessible using ADA guidelines. Seats are available in various price levels. Contact the Ticketing Manager for all of your seating needs. Please contact the Ticket Office well prior to the event to assure seating best suited to accommodate your needs.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Tickets that are either lost or stolen are the ticket holder’s responsibility and cannot be refunded or replaced. Any questions should be directed to the Alerus Center Ticket Office.

Payment Options

Payment Options for Alerus Center events include cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Alerus Center does not accept checks for ticket purchases.

Will Call

Will Call ticket pick-up is available for various events per request of the ticket purchaser. Tickets can be picked up at any Alerus Center Ticket Office window during business hours the day after the purchase is made. The individual picking up the tickets must present his/her picture ID and the credit card used for the purchase.

Canceled Events

You will get an automatic refund for tickets bought online or by phone using your purchase payment method. If you bought your tickets at a retail location, please return them at the same location for a refund.

Replacement Tickets

If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, contact the location where you bought your tickets.

For damaged or destroyed TicketFast (print-at-home) tickets, just print again from the link in your confirmation email or your My Ticketmaster account.

Refunds and Exchanges

The standard policy for other venues and many artists, teams, etc. is No Refunds or Exchanges. But if something comes up closer to the event and you can’t make it, we’ll do everything we can to help.

Alerus Center does participate in Ticketmaster’s 72 hour guarantee. All ticket purchased via Ticketmaster’s sales channels (Outlets, Phones, Ticketmaster.com) can be refunded within 72 hours of purchase up to one week before the event.

Secondary Ticket Market

Alerus Center uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, ticket buyers should be careful purchasing tickets online. Ticketmaster is the ONLY authorized ticketing agent of Alerus Center. If you purchase tickets from an unauthorized agent in the secondary market (Scalper, Ticket Broker, eBay, etc.) you risk purchasing counterfeit or invalid tickets.

Alerus Center will take no responsibility or provide assistance for any ticket transaction that takes place outside of authorized ticketing locations (Alerus Center Ticket Office, Ticketmaster Outlets, Ticketmaster Charge by Phone and Ticketmaster.com).
