An Evening with Foreigner & The Dave Eggar Orchestra

Foreigner & The Dave Eggar Orchestra will be at Chester Fritz Auditorium on Monday, April 2, 2018. This show will be produced by Jade Presents and Alerus Center.

Tickets go on sale Friday, December 1 at 10:00 am. Tickets will be available at JadePresents.com, Ticketmaster.com, charge by phone at (800)-745-3000 or 701-777-4090 or in person at the Chester Fritz Auditorium Box Office, or the Alerus Center Box Office.

With 10 multi-platinum albums and 16 Top 30 hits, Foreigner is universally hailed as one of the most popular rock acts in the world with a formidable musical arsenal that continues to propel sold-out tours and album sales, now exceeding 75 million. Teaming up with musical prodigy, Dave Eggar, the collaboration ignites new flavor and excitement into Foreigner’s cascade of hits. This limited live orchestra engagement is being celebrated for its fresh, other dimension-like audio experience.

“The Chester Fritz Auditorium is the perfect setting for a legendary group like Foreigner to take the stage with a full orchestra,” said Jade Nielsen, President of Jade Presents, who is producing the concert along with the Alerus Center.

Responsible for some of rock and roll’s most enduring anthems including “Juke Box Hero,” “Cold As Ice,” “Hot Blooded,” “Waiting For A Girl Like You,” “Feels Like The First Time,” “Urgent,” “Head Games,” “Say You Will,” “Dirty White Boy,” “Long, Long Way From Home” and the worldwide #1 hit, “I Want To Know What Love Is,” Foreigner continues to rock the charts more than 40 years into the game with massive airplay and continued Billboard Top 200 album success.

At Foreigner’s core is the founder and Songwriters Hall of Fame member Mick Jones, the visionary maestro whose stylistic songwriting, indelible guitar hooks and multi-layered talents continue to escalate Foreigner’s influence and guide the band to new horizons. He reformed the band after a 2002 hiatus and selected lead singer Kelly Hansen to help write an inspired new chapter in Foreigner history.
